HomeSmart Central is a locally owned and operated Sarasota, FL based Company. It is supported by some of the largest and most respected companies in the home automation industry. Owner, Rick Marks, has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineer. After 15 years as an Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, Rick decided to pursue his interest in home technologies. In 2000, he created HomeSmart Central with the intention of improving peoples lifestyles through technology. If you have an interest in how home automation works, Rick is the one to talk with! His enthusiasm for the products and technology is apparent as he gladly explains how the technological magic works.
